asked the Minister for Defence when proper toilets, showers, bathrooms and changing facilities will be provided for the staff at St. Bricin's Hospital, Arbour Hill, Dublin.

Proposals to improve these facilities are at present under active consideration in my Department.

Are these proposals included in the 1979 Estimates and, if not, would the Minister endeavour to have the matter dealt with urgently in view of the disgraceful conditions at the hospital?

Provision has been made in the 1979 Estimates for the proposals referred to.
