asked the Minister for Education the number and addresses of obsolete (a) secondary and (b) vocational schools he has replaced since assuming office.

The number of obsolete (a) secondary and (b) vocational schools which have either been replaced or are in the course of being replaced since I assumed office are set out in a statement which, with the permission of the Ceann Comhairle, I propose to circulate with the official report.

Following is that statement:

Could the Minister indicate whether in either of the categories concerned the number of schools being replaced is in double figures?

In both cases it is in double figures.
