It is proposed to take business in the following order: Nos. 4, 9, 10 (resumed), 11, 12 and 13. Private Members' Business, No. 32, by agreement, will be taken from 7 p.m. until 8.30 p.m.

Could I ask the Order of Business that the Government intend to take up to the summer recess?

I will have this made available to the Deputy.

Could I ask for permission to raise on the Adjournment of the Dáil the subject matter of Question No. 40 of 30 May?

I will communicate with the Deputy.

(Cavan-Monaghan): Could I ask what proposals the Taoiseach intends putting forward following the chaos in the recent election? This chaos was caused by thousands of people appearing to be off the register and thousands not knowing where to vote. This is a very important question.

Would it be in order to propose a vote of congratulations to Deputy Ryan for being the first European Deputy in the House?

Order, please.

And my heartiest congratulations to Deputy Lalor on his election as the second Deputy.
