asked the Taoiseach if a copy of the memorandum on the question of nuclear power to be submitted by the French Government to the EEC Energy Ministers following approval of the EEC Heads of Government and State on 21 June will be placed in the Library of the Houses of the Oireachtas.

Memoranda submitted by national governments for European Council meetings and for meetings of the Council of Ministers are normally confidential. If the memorandum in question is released by the French Government or otherwise published, I will have a copy placed in the Library.
