James M. Gibbons Minister for Agriculture (Mr. Gibbons) Fianna Fáil

The information requested at (i) to (iv) in the question is contained in a tabular statement, which, with the permission of the Ceann Comhairle, I propose to circulate with the Official Report.

As regards (v) surveys of congestion are made by the Land Commission only as necessary in connection with the division of particular estates. A register of applicants on a county basis is not kept.

Following is the statement:

County Waterford.
