asked the Minister for Agriculture if he will arrange to have a dairy herd conversion scheme grant paid to a person (details supplied) in County Cork.

This herdowner's application for admission to the scheme of premiums for non-marketing of milk and milk products has been approved. An inspection of his herd and holding will take place shortly; if it is established that the terms and conditions of the scheme are being complied with, payment of the first instalment of the premium will be made as soon as possible thereafter.
