asked the Minister for agriculture if the Mackey estate and the Corr estate of Burnchurch, Cuffsgrange, County Kilkenny, have been taken over by the Land Commission and, if so, when it is intended to divide same.

Proceedings for the compulsory acquisition of these two properties are in progress but at this stage it is not possible to say what the outcome will be.
