andMr. J. Ryan asked the Minister for Health in view of the findings of the board under the Unfair Dismissals Act, 1977 if he will indicate the position in relation to reinstating the surgeon at Limerick Regional Hospital to his former permanent position.

This matter is at present the subject of proceedings in the High Court and in the circumstances I do not propose to make any statement at this stage.
