Time for oral questions after Easter
The Chair said efforts would be made to answer as many questions as possible before the recess. McMahon asked whether extra answering time would be provided afterward and was advised to raise it through the Whips.
At this stage I would remind Deputies that because it has been agreed the House will be adjourning today for the Easter recess, questions for oral answer, for which written replies are not sought will appear on the Order Paper for Tuesday, 15 April 1980. It has been decided to answer as many questions as possible today. Towards that end the Chair will endeavour to limit the number of supplementary questions.

Is it the Government's intention to give extra time for answering questions after the Easter recess in view of the number of questions on the Order Paper not being reached?
