asked the Minister for the Environment if a circular has issued from his Department to all planning authorities requesting that information contained in planning applications for development should in future be given only to interested third parties at the discretion of the local officials, on the grounds of security; if so, if he will make a copy of the circular available to Deputies and outline the reasons for its issue.

No such circular has issued from my Department.
