Questions in this session
asked the Minister for Posts and Telegraphs whether he has any plans to improve the telephone service in Bantry, County Cork, and, if so, when such plans will be implemented.

The major improvement in telephone service planned for Bantry is the conversion of the exchange there to automatic working. This is expected to take place before the end of next year.
