asked the Minister for the Environment the date his Department received a proposal from Tralee Urban District Council regarding increases in salary for the cleansing staff employed by the Council, and the reason for the long delay to date in sanctioning same.

There is no proposal before my Department from Tralee Urban District Council to revise the pay of cleansing staff employed by the council.
