asked the Minister for Agriculture when the first instalment of the dairy herd conversion scheme due to be paid in December 1979 to a farmer (details supplied) in County Meath will be paid.

The first instalment of the premium due to this herd owner under the scheme of premiums for the non-marketing of milk and milk products was paid to him on 3 April following the furnishing by him on the 21 March 1980 of the undertakings required under the terms and conditions of the scheme.
