Legal Control of a Prohibited Substance

Summary

Horgan asks whether the Minister would consider changing the law on sniffing a substance not sold in Ireland; Woods says this is a separate question concerning different substances.

Is the Minister aware that when his predecessor in office was in Opposition he was in favour of amending the law in relation to the sniffing of one particular substance which is not allowed to be sold in this country at present? I should like to know if the Minister has an open mind on this subject?

Comment on this

That is a separate question and perhaps the Deputy might wish to put down a question. As I understand it, it refers to different kinds of substances.
