asked the Minister for Agriculture when the Fallon estate at Cartionhugh, Ballintogher, County Sligo, will be allotted; and the up-to-date position in this matter.

I understand that the intention is to allot these lands in conjunction with two adjoining estates—one already on hands and the other expected to come shortly into the possession of the Land Commission. In the circumstances it is not yet possible to say when the lands can be allotted.

asked the Minister for Agriculture the present position regarding the Shanley estate at Lumeloom, Monasteraden, County Sligo; the date it was acquired by the Land Commission; and when it will be divided.

Composite proposals for the disposal of the Shanley estate which was acquired in April, 1976 and the adjoining Mannion estate were drawn up by the Land Commission. Two parcels, comprising about seven hectares, were refused by the intended allottees, and alternative proposals for the disposal of this area are being prepared.

asked the Minister for Agriculture the names and addresses of (i) all estates in the possession of the Land Commission in County Sligo and (ii) those estates in the county it is proposed to allot during 1980.

The information requested is set out in the following table. It is hoped that in the cases marked with an asterisk proposals for allotment can be finalised to permit allocation of the lands before the end of 1980.
