Unemployment levels and tolerability
O’Toole challenged the Minister’s description of employment conditions as good, citing average monthly job losses and the difference between jobs created and jobs on the ground. Harte asked when unemployment would become tolerable; O’Malley said the situation was more satisfactory than three years earlier, while Kelly noted unemployment had been falling in those months three years before.
The Minister said that the employment situation here was quite good. Does the Minister regard as satisfactory job losses of 2,000 per month on average?

Would the Minister say in relation to unemployment when "relatively good" becomes tolerable?

It is particularly gratifying to know how much more satisfactory the situation regarding unemployment is today compared to three years ago.
