The Minister provided the requested 1974–79 figures in a statement and said no estimate was available for 1980.

asked the Minister for Finance the net (i) inflow and (ii) outflow for each of the years 1974 to 1979, inclusive, and the estimated figure for 1980 in respect of income from capital as estimated by the Central Statistics Office for the balance of international payments.
