asked the Minister for the Environment if he is now in a position to indicate the result of his Department's consideration of the information supplied by Dún Laoghaire Corporation concerning the proposed Black-rock By-Pass, Stage 2; and, if so, the decision he has taken on the matter.

Following recent discussions on this project at engineering level, Dún Laoghaire Corporation agreed to provide further technical analyses essential to examination of the proposal. This information is awaited.
