The Minister said Revenue had set out conditions in a reply of 28 November 1980 that, if accepted, would resolve the person’s import-duty difficulties.

In a reply sent on 28 November 1980 to representations received on behalf of the person mentioned, I conveyed the conditions laid down by the Revenue Commissioners which, if accepted, will enable the difficulties to be resolved.
