asked the Minister for Industry, Commerce and Tourism if he envisages any further redundancies in the NET company or its subsidaries in Wexford; and, if so, the steps he is taking to prevent such redundancies.

A critical review is being undertaken by NET at present of all aspects of the company's operations. Until such time as this review has been completed and subsequently considered, I am unable to say what the consequences will be in terms of employment in the company or its subsidiaries.
