asked the Minister for Defence the number of occasions on which the Taoiseach has been carried by an Army helicopter as a passenger since 16 October 1980.

The Taoiseach has not been carried by an Army helicopter as a passenger since 16 October 1980.

That is not the question. I would like to know the number of occasions since 16 October, but I would also like to know how many occasions there were before that.

The question relates to the use of helicopters since that day.

The supplementary question relates to the period before that.

I only have the information that is here and it provides a reply to the question that was asked.

Could the Minister tell me the number of occasions prior to 16 October?

I was not asked that.
