asked the Minister for Justice if he will have the Garda station at Inniskeen. County Monaghan which was closed some years ago, reopened in view of the local public demand for its reopening.

The question of re-establishing a Garda station at Inniskeen is being examined by the Garda authorities who will be submitting recommendations to me in the matter in due course.
