asked the Minister for the Environment if he is aware of a recent Supreme Court ruling that the planning department of Dún Laoghaire Borough Corporation had unlawfully deprived interested persons of their rights to make objections against the granting of planning applications; and if he will now accede to widespread local demands for a departmental investigation of the planning department.
