‹ Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Killarney Ring Road. Killarney ring road funding
Summary
Begley asked whether funding had been provided for a Killarney ring road. Fahey said the Department had received no proposal from Kerry County Council, and denied knowing of Deputy O’Leary’s reported announcement that the project was sanctioned; Tully interjected that the Minister and Deputy O’Leary were not speaking.
asked the Minister for the Environment if he has provided any money for a ring road at Killarney, County Kerry.
Comment on this
I have not received proposals from Kerry County Council for a ring road at Killarney and accordingly the question of the allocation of funds for the project does not arise at this stage.
Comment on this
Is the Minister aware that his colleague, Deputy O'Leary, has announced that it is sanctioned by the Department?
