asked the Minister for Health the number of non-established civil servants appointed in her Department since 30 June 1981; and if she will give their names, terms of appointment, duties and rate of remuneration in each case.

No non-established civil servant has been appointed in my Department since 30 June 1981.

Did the Minister say no non-civil servant was appointed in her Department prior to June 1981?

I said no non-established civil servant has been appointed in my Department since 30 June 1981.
