Dodge van modifications
Three Dodge vans are being modified on a trial basis at £137.21 each; further work depends on the results. The Minister is considering whether Talbot should carry out the modifications, after its admission that the design was defective.

Why is the Minister of State not seeking to have the modifications done by the Talbot Motor Company, who admitted that the design of the vehicles was defective?
