asked the Minister for Posts and Telegraphs when a telephone service will be provided for a person (details supplied) in Dublin who requires it for his photographic business; and if, in view of the fact that he applied for three lines in September 1978, at least one line can be made available in the short term.

It is expected that it will be possible to provide the additional lines within about six months.
