asked the Minister for the Environment if he will consider offering a house to a person (details supplied) in County Donegal under the purchase scheme which came into operation on 15 January 1980.

It is entirely a matter for Donegal County Council to offer for sale a house provided by the council subject to compliance with the conditions of the purchase schemes.
