asked the Minister for Health when work will commence on the provision of a sheltered workshop to be run by the Rehabilitation Institute in the Swords area of County Dublin.

The Rehabilitation Institute is a voluntary organisation and I cannot say therefore when it is likely to initiate the development of its proposed workshop at Swords.
