McKinsey Report on CIE
The Minister is considering the McKinsey Report and has made no decisions on implementing its recommendations; he is studying it before bringing proposals to Government. No decision date is given, despite concerns raised by Deputy Noonan.
(Limerick-East) asked the Minister for Transport if he accepts the findings of the McKinsey Report; and if he intends to implement it in full or in part.
