asked the Minister for Agriculture the present position in relation to the division of the Ryan Estate, Gortackurnaun, Gort, County Galway which is at present in the possession of the Land Commission.

The Land Commission have not yet taken possession of the Ryan holding but hope to do so within the next few months. It is not possible at present to indicate when the lands will be divided.

Payment of the grant in this case is awaiting a communication from ACOT regarding the applicant's farm accounts.
