(Waterford) asked the Minister for Labour when he proposes to introduce the Bill to provide for the safety, health and welfare of persons employed on off-shore installations in waters surrounding the State.

It is my intention to introduce a Bill providing for the safety, health and welfare of off-shore installation workers at the earliest possible date, when certain legal points which have been referred to the Attorney General have been cleared up.
