asked the Minister for Justice if the Legal Aid Board will be permitted to recruit during 1982 the staff required including solicitors, for the proposed law centre in Dundalk, County Louth.

At present I have proposals under consideration concerning the establishment of additional law centres including one in Dundalk, but I am not as yet in a position to say whether it will be possible, within the financial provision made for the legal Aid Board in the 1982 Estimates, to open them this year.
