‹ Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Structural Defects. Building society debate request
Summary
Enright sought an assurance that the building-society issue would be discussed, but the Minister gave none, saying he did not control the House’s business. Enright requested an Adjournment debate, and the Chair said it would communicate with him.
The Minister said with regard to building society loans that the matter could be discussed with the Whips. Have I an assurance from the Minister that he will see to that?
Comment on this
I am giving no such assurance. The Deputy is long enough in this House to know that I do not order business.
