asked the Minister for Education when the building of the proposed extension to Killahan national school, County Kerry, will commence.

I understand from the Commissioners of Public Works that they await the submission of planning permission by the chairman of the board of management in respect of the approved sketch-plans for the proposed extension to Killahan national school, County Kerry. Pending the submission of planning permission, the preparation of working drawings may not be initiated.
