Land Commission estates in Carlow and Kilkenny
Crotty asked for the estates held by the Land Commission in Carlow and Kilkenny, their acreages and acquisition dates, and expected allocation dates. Lenihan answered both questions together and said he would circulate a tabular statement; he could not specify when all listed properties would be divided, though some were expected to be allotted within twelve months.
asked the Minister for Agriculture the number of estates in County Kilkenny in the possession of the Land Commission; the acreage of each; the date of acquisition of each; and when it is proposed to allocate the lands.
19.

With the permission of the Ceann Comhairle, I propose to take Questions Nos. 18 and 19 together and to circulate the information requested, which is in the form of a tabular statement, with the Official Report. Following is the statement:
Particulars of lettable lands (apart from insignificant residues of partly allotted properties) in possession of the Land Commission for division in County Carlow.
It is not possible to say when all the properties listed will be divided but it is hoped that those estates marked with an asterisk will be wholly or partly allotted within the next twelve months or so.
