The Minister said he was satisfied with Bord na gCon, though recession had reduced its income and led it to cut expenditure. The Chair said remaining oral questions would be answered in writing in the new session.

The answer to the question is in the affirmative. The recession has, of course, affected the income of the board which in consequence had to revise its operations and reduce expenditure.
