asked the Minister for Agriculture when the McCormick Estate, Walderstown, County Westmeath, will be divided.

I propose to take Questions Nos. 276 and 277 together. The Land Commission hope to be in a position to divide this estate next year. The application of the person referred to in Question No. 276 is on record and will be fully considered, in competition of course with the claims of other applicants, when the lands are being divided.
