Clashmore school repairs and accommodation
Specifications for replacement windows are expected soon, while the school’s longer-term accommodation needs are being considered.
asked the Minister for Education the up-to-date position in regard to the repair or replacement of Clashmore national school, County Waterford.
Comment on this
I would refer the Deputy to the reply on 27 October 1982 to a question from Deputy Deasy in this regard.
It is understood from the Commissioners of Public Works that specifications for the replacement of windows at Clashmore national school are to be issued to the school authorities at an early date to enable them to invite tenders.
The matter of the future permanent accommodation requirements of the school is being considered at present following the recent receipt of a report in the matter from my Department's inspector.
