asked the Minister for the Environment when work will be carried out for a person (details supplied) in County Wexford following his appeal under section 106 of the Housing Act, 1966 relating to his tenant purchase agreement.

The carrying out of the works in question is a matter for Wexford County Council. I understand from the council that they hope to carry out the works within the next few weeks.
