asked the Minister for Agriculture (a) the number of farms the Land Commission have on hands in County Longford; (b) the number of acres in each; (c) where they are; (d) the length each farm has been in the hands of the commission; (e) the number and names of farms with reasonably good houses on them; and (f) when it is expected to divide each farm.

The information requested is set out in the attached table.

It is not possible to state when all the properties listed will be disposed of but it is hoped that those marked with an asterisk will be wholly or partly allotted within the next 12 months or so. Eight of the estates, identified by the letter "H", have reasonably good houses thereon.
