Gaeltacht publicity consultant appointment
The Minister said no external appointments had been made during the period, but arrangements were underway to hire a publicity consultancy and details would not be given until the appointment was formalised. He said the consultant would work with the Gaeltacht and Fisheries and Forestry departments and cooperate with the Údarás publicity officer; the Minister did not confirm whether the appointee would be fluent in Irish.
asked the Minister for the Gaeltacht if he will give the following information in respect of each personal assistant, adviser, consultant, secretary, typist or any other category employed from outside the civil service in a temporary, part-time or permanent capacity or contractual capacity by him for the period from 21 March to date:— name, rank, remuneration, terms of conditions of employment, and if seconded, and if so, from where.
