(Clare) asked the Minister for Trade, Commerce and Tourism if the inquiry on the dental practices imposed by sections 45 and 46 of the Dentists Act, 1928, has reported.

As I announced on 17 May, I have published the Report by the Restrictive Practices Commission of their inquiry into the statutory restrictions on the provision of dental prostheses. In accordance with the requirements of the Act copies of the report were also laid before the House.
