Kenny asked whether farmers prevented by circumstances beyond their control could get extensions to the completion deadline. The Chair moved on after Gallagher said he had not received an answer to a supplementary.
In view of the fact that the termination date is 30 June, where it can be shown conclusively that as a result of circumstances outside the control of the applicant, the works could not have been completed, will the Minister grant extensions?
