Youth Employment Agency funding in Kerry

Summary

Asked which Kerry bodies had received Agency funds and how much, the Minister said the information was unavailable because funding generally supported national programmes. He offered to obtain figures for courses at the Tralee AnCO Training Centre.

asked the Minister for Labour the bodies, organisations or firms in County Kerry that received funds from the Youth Employment Agency since its inception; and the amount received in each case.

Comment on this

The information requested by the Deputy is not available as the proceeds of the youth employment levy have been allocated, with a few exceptions, on the basis of national programmes providing training, work experience and employment for young people.

Comment on this

Has the Minister the figure in respect of the courses conducted by the Tralee AnCO Training Centre?

Comment on this

I have not got that information. I can get it for the Deputy.
