Criminal Justice Bill scheduling

Summary

Andrews asked whether the Criminal Justice Bill would be taken up again and sought the Chair’s guidance. The Chair said it was on the Order Paper but whether it would be reached depended on progress with other business.

On a point of information, I was wondering if the Criminal Justice Bill will ever see the light of day in this House again. I am looking for your guidance on this.

If we could get on with the business. We are wasting a little time now that would lead us towards the Bill more expeditiously.

I do not know that. It depends on what progress we make with the other matters.

Can I take it then that it will not be reached today?
