Liam Kavanagh Minister for the Environment (Mr. Kavanagh) Labour Party

I understand that the circumstances surrounding this tragic incident which occurred on the site of works being carried out by contract for Dublin County Council are the subject of inquiries by the Dublin County Council and by the Garda. At this stage I do not consider that any further separate inquiry would serve a useful purpose.
