asked the Minister for the Public Service (a) the number who sat the following examinations, (b) the number who qualified, and (c) the number who are likely to be offered employment:—(1) shorthand typist, (2) the last typist examination for general duties, (3) clerical assistant, (4) clerical officers and (5) executive officers.

The answer to the Deputy's question is in the form of a tabular statement which I propose to circulate.
