Summary

The Minister said the revised local authority tenant purchase scheme was being discussed with tenant representatives and details would be sent to housing authorities when ready. He agreed to provide the details to Dublin Deputies as well.

Proposals for the review of the local authority tenant purchase scheme are being discussed with the National Association of Tenant's Organisations. Details of the revised scheme will be notified to housing authorities as soon as possible after completion of these discussions.
