Údarás na Gaeltachta employment figures

Summary

Employment figures for 1977–83 are available in Údarás na Gaeltachta’s annual reports, while 1984 figures will appear in that year’s report. The Minister could not yet give the number of jobs provided in 1984, but said 1,757 people were employed in 1983 and expected a similar or slightly higher figure.

asked the Minister for the Gaeltacht the number employed in (a) factories owned by Údarás na Gaeltachta; and (b) factories assisted by Údarás na Gaeltachta for each year from 1977 to 1984.
